Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased online throughout taqueandofest.com or by clicking on ‘This Link. If you need assistance purchasing a ticket, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: What is included with each ticket price?
A: General Admission ticket cost includes guaranteed entry to event, all-you-can-eat samples, cash bar, and vendor village access. VIP ticket cost includes all the same amenities as GA, and also includes a VIP area for exclusive tastings, and a VIP gift bag.
Q: Can a minor attend the event if accompanied by a parent or guardian?
A: No. This event is 21+ and no one without a valid government-issued photo ID will be admitted into the event, no exceptions.
Q: Are pets allowed inside the event?
A: Due to health regulations, no pets are allowed within the event.
Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket(s)?
A: Refunds will only be issued post-event and reviewed on a case-to-case basis.
Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: Tickets will be sold at the door IF tickets are still available. This event will most likely sell out in advance so waiting to purchase your ticket at the door is not advised. IF tickets are available at the door, sales will begin one hour before doors open at the Box Office, located at the entrance, and tickets will be priced (respectively) $5 more than “on sale” cost.
Q: Where is the festival taking place?

Q: I’m having trouble purchasing tickets online. What do I do?

Q: I purchased tickets a while ago, but now I can’t find my confirmation email/ tickets. What do I do?
A: You can log back into Universe.com to reprint your tickets, or visit this link.
Q: I am media. How do I apply for media credentials?
A: All media outlets must complete the MEDIA REQUEST FORM for consideration.
Q: Is smoking / vaping allowed in the event?
A: Skylight ROW DTLA allows NO smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises.
Q: How can I get involved with the event?

Q: Is the event cash only?
A: All bars will only accept cash, some vendors may have credit card readers. However we strongly suggest bringing cash, or utilizing one of our on-site ATMs.
